Letter from Athletic Director: Jack Henning
Welcome to Pine Ridge Middle School! My name is Jack Henning and as as Athletic Director, I'm excited to welcome you to another great year of Panther athletics. I’m a proud life-long CCPS student, graduate of Naples High School where I played both Football and Lacrosse, before earning my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL, while continuing my Lacrosse Career. For the past four years, I’ve had the honor of serving as Athletic Director as well as teaching here at Pine Ridge, where our athletic program has grown stronger every season. During my tenure we’ve celebrated 2 CCAC Volleyball championships, a CCAC Basketball championship, and countless impressive performances from our student athletes across all sports. I encourage all students to get involved in athletics—it’s a great way to stay active, make new friends, and show your Panther pride. Let’s make this a great year, both in and out of the classroom!
The students of Pine Ridge Middle will have the opportunity to participate in several different seasons of intramural play and to possibly take part in interscholastic competitions around the district.
We look forward to seeing your students in the Pine Ridge Middle Athletic Program. Please keep in mind that after-school programs are a privilege. The purpose of this program is to gain sports experience and to build character.
